Last Will

Without a last will you could be placing your assets in jeopardy as to how they are devised. The proper documents will ensure that you have the proper people in charge for distribution to your loved ones.

A will is an instrument that dictates how your assets shall be devised upon your death. A will does not avoid Probate, it creates Probate. Any assets in the decedents name alone will be subject to a Probate Administrator and subject to the terms and conditions of the Will.
